  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 large cup ( 6 ounces) unsweetened almond milk, or ultra-filtered lactose-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder (no sugar added) and a handful of fresh mint (if desired). If you're a vanilla person, instead of cocoa powder, you may add a few drops of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 banana (if desired)
  • Small handful of ice
  • Small handful of blueberries 🤷🏻‍♀️
  • Small amount of sprouted wheat or any sprouted grains and/or flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon of organic MCT oil (if desired for better absorption)
  • Sweetener of choice (but no sugar please). We recommend stevia
  • Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy. You may consume up to 3 scoops daily (single serving size - 1 scoop is approx. 2 tablespoons)
