Our Sourcing
Our whey protein is sourced exclusively from Wisconsin, USA — the only U.S. state with a Master Cheesemaker program modeled after rigorous European standards. Wisconsin dairy farms are known for producing premium-quality milk, and Wisconsin cheeses regularly win top honors in national and global competitions.
Cheese types our whey is derived from: White Cheddar, Mozzarella, Ricotta, Fior di Latte, Fresh Curd, Asiago, and Parmesan.
All whey in our products can be traced directly to its source in Wisconsin. We oversee every step of our supply chain for full transparency — from dairy farm to finished bag. Our whey is processed in an NSF-certified, FDA-compliant facility in Wisconsin and packaged in California.
Our cows are raised without artificial growth hormones or antibiotics (rBST free).
