How to Consume Whey Protein Powder?

Instruction on How to Use Protein Powder

  • Small: 6 Fl oz cup/1 scoop
  • Medium: 8 Fl oz cup/1.5 scoop
  • Large: 12 Fl oz cup/2-3 scoops

Our Whey Protein is Instant Mix so one does not need a blender to drink.  Just add 6 oz of ultra-filtered milk or a milk alternative such as unsweetened almond milk to a cup or shaker and stir. If you're using a blender to make a protein smoothie or protein shake - here are some suggestions:

If you were to use a blender, just go ahead and 2-3 strawberries, a few nuts (such as brazil nuts, pistachio, walnut), and your favorite drink and you are good to go. If you are making your protein smoothie with our unflavored protein power, then, you need a sweetener (such as stevia) as our flavorless protein powder is unsweetened. 

How to consume whey protein powder

  • 1 scoop Flavorless Protein Powder by Fast Protein (hot tip: I prefer the Keto Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (if no one’s looking I use extra...😬). For protein powder recipe see our almond butter chocolate cup recipe).
  • 1 large cup ( 6 ounces) unsweetened almond milk, or ultra-filtered lactose-free milk
  • 1 tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder (no sugar added) and a handful of fresh mint (if desired). If you're a vanilla person, instead of cocoa powder, you may add a few drops of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 banana (if desired), otherwise is no need
  • A small handful of ice, a handful of blueberries 🤷🏻‍♀️
  • A small amount of sprouted wheat or any sprouted grains and/or flaxseed
  • 1 teaspoon of organic MCT oil (if desired for better absorption). You may also use an absorbing agents pill if your digestive system requires it. 
  • Sweetener of choice (but no sugar please). We recommend stevia
  • Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy. You may consume up to 3 scoops daily (single serving size - 1 scoop is approx. 2 tablespoons)
